IN THIS ISSUE
WE’RE ALMOST DONE!
As you are well aware, the last phase
of construction for the Ambler Boiler
House has begun!  We are very
pleased to announce that
construction within the building will
be completely done by the start of
2014.  Upon move‐in of our new
tenants, the building will be 96%
occupied!
There are currently two office suites
being constructed on the first floor.
You can learn more about the
companies that will be moving into
them on pages 2 and 3.
NEW BATHROOMS
In addition to the new tenant spaces,
we are adding two single‐use unisex
restrooms on the first floor.  These
additional restroom facilities will be
available for the entire building to
use.  Since these will be single stall
restrooms, they will remain
unlocked.  They will be located
directly behind the mailboxes.
CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICS
During the next month and a half,
please be aware that contractor
hours are Monday ‐ Friday 7:00 am
to 3:30 pm.  We are allowing the
contractors to park along the curb in
front of the building.  This is solely to
avoid any further inconvenience to
the tenants in regard the parking.  It
should be known that tenants and
visitors of the building are not
permitted to park along the curb.
This is a temporary solution for the
additional cars that will be here
during construction.
WELCOME, TONY!
Lastly, we would like to introduce
Tony Pello.  Tony is our new building
maintenance and operations
manager.  If there is anything you
need fixed, installed, hung, etc., Tony
is your man!  Please give him a call if
you need anything at 215.450.8365
or send him an e‐mail at
